Kindness Expert and Family Coach
Subuhi Akhtar is a Kindness and Family Coach at NeoPatterns. She started her career primarily as an educator and then went ahead to be a freelance writer, editor, and content marketing professional.
A few of her poems were published by the International Library of Poetry and she has also bagged prizes in many inter-collegiate debates and literary competitions at Delhi University.
Later she went on to copy edit ‘Dainik Bhaskar’, a Hindi National Daily’s first-ever Coffee table edition, ‘Jewels of the crown’. She has also worked as a Business Development Manager at Thomson Digital (India Today Group) and is extremely grateful to her eclectic interests and Mr Vinay Kumar Singh for helping her understand the nuances of business and considers that instruction as her foundation for her Creator Mindset. She had also served as a Head of Department (Verbal Ability & Reasoning) for Career Launcher for the Dehradun cluster.
Over the year and various profiles later, she could only come to one conclusion: everyone, everything and everybody have a voice of their own, but they have lost it amongst the din of others. Communication and effective communication to that effect is an empowering instrument to equip people and businesses to help them become assertive, confident and self-sustaining.
Her exposure to such diverse industries has made her realize that the only way to stay relevant is to always keep learning. When not glued to her laptop, she is busy making school projects, insanely big and detailed, with her two beautiful daughters, Suha and Aiza. As an enthusiastic trekker, she loves to spend time in the hills and mountains to find solace and serenity.
With this willingness to learn, she is now on a journey to spread kindness in the world through her coaching and mentoring. She is also passionate about bringing families together by way of neuroscience-based coaching programs.
